This excellent 1927 Chevrolet Capitol Tourer has had a high quality ground up restoration in the 1970's, the last owner has given this car 40 years of love and attention, it is now ready for a new home. The paintwork, trim, hood and side curtains, chrome, wheels and tyres, engine compartment etc are all great, it runs and drives exceptionally well. This car has been restored to very original specification, still 6 volt and with it's correct vaccum tank, even has an original tool kit! The 1927 Chevrolet Capitol has a 26hp OHV 4 cylinder engine and a 3 speed centre change gearbox, the OHV 4 cylinder Chevrolet's were known for their strength and reliability, they were also fun to drive!This lovely Chevrolet has had a high quality restoration some years ago, it looks great, runs and drives beautifully.
