This wonderful 1927 Essex Super 6 Tourer has had a recent ground up restoration, the paintwork, trim, hood and side curtains, engine compartment and wheels and tyres are in excellent condition, it runs and drives very well. This car has been restored by a retired cabinet maker, all the body timber has been replaced, as have the wooden wheel spokes, all the mechanical components have been rebuilt, the upholstery and hood replaced (by the owners wife!)and all the tyres are new, this work was done to a high standard by the previous owner in a small town on Kangaroo Island !(20km off the Adelaide coast), an album showing all this work is included, it has covered only running in miles since the restoration. The Essex Super 6 was a medium priced car built by Hudson, it has a 144.67 cubic inch 6 cylinder engine and a centre change gearbox.A credit to it's past owner/restorer, a great rally car, impossible to restore a vintage car to this standard for anywhere near the asking price
