Recently traded this 1946 Austin 8 Sedan is in good original condition, the paintwork is poor although it looks fine from 20ft! The interior is neat and tidy and it has 4 new tyres. Mechanically this car is excellent, everything works, it runs and drives very well. The Austin 8 has an economical 900cc side valve 4 cylinder engine and a 4 speed centre change transmision, not powerful but can be driven anywhere and fun to drive.This great little car is an economical way of becoming part of the classic car scene, it is a good example, it will respond very well to a repaint or can be enjoyed and used as is.
