This 1928 Chevrolet AB National Utility has had a ground up restoration a few years ago( the bottom foto shows this car before restoration!). The AB series was the last of the famous overhead valve 4 cylinder model, it was a large improvemant over the previous car having a longer wheelbase, improved engine performance and most importantly 4 wheel brakes. This car drives beautifully and looks great, it has had a total restoration and is in excellent condition. Practical improvements include conversion to 12 volts and 2 SU carburettors, it has full weather equiptment.The 1928 Chevrolet AB has the last of the famous 4 cylinder engines and is remembered as a good model, importantly it has 4 wheel brakes. It would be impossible to restore this car for anywhere near the asking price, a great drive anywhere rally car.
