This charming 1926 Ford Model T Tourer is fitted with it's original Duncan and Fraser Body, it has had a ground up restoration in 1979-1980 and not been used much since. All the receipts for the comprehensive restoration are included. This amazing car has been in the one family since new. The first owner was R.V.Brooks from Milicent in South Australia, he passed it on to his sister Mrs Lena Schultz who passed it down it to her neice Joyce Galwey in 1957 (also from Milicent). This car has been in storage since 1998, since then once a week Mrs Galwey has hand cranked 'Lizzie' so she would not decay from the long term storage! The paintwork, trim, chrome, hood and side curtains are all in excellent order, it runs and drives beautifully. The Model T has a 22hp 4 cylinder engine and a 2 speed epicyclic gearbox, although very different it is fun and easy to drive.It is not often that an original 1 family owned car like this comes on the market (even has all its original tools!).
