This excellent 1928 Dodge Standard Six Model 140 Tourer is in lovely restored condition, the paint,trim, chrome, engine compartment, wheels and tyres, hood and side curtains are all great , it runs and drives beautifully with plenty of power and good 4 wheel brakes, fully restored from the ground up by it’s previous owner. It is believed only 2 family owners , was delivered new by the Waymouth Motor Company in Adelaide. Options include,Boyce Motometer, folding luggage rack, front bumper bar and solid detachable side curtains. The Dodge Standard Six was produced only in 1928, this was the last model built by Dodge before the Chrysler take over later that year. This model has a large side valve 6 cylinder 209 cubic inch engine with 58hp coupled to a 3 speed centre change gearbox and good 4 wheel mechanical brakes. Well restored vintage cars like this one are rare, could not be restored to this standard for anywhere near the asking price.
