This rare 1960 MG A Mk1 Coupe has been restored to a high standard in 1999 from the ground up, has covered around 20,000 miles since, it presents beautifully, (photographs of the car before and during the restoration are included). This car is one of only 115 MGA 1600 mk1 Coupe's factory built in Right Hand Drive for export, and one of only a very small number delivered new in Australia, a British Motor Industry Heritage Certificate accompanies the car. The paint, trim, engine compartment, chrome wire wheels etc are all excellent, it runs and drives beautifully. The MG A 1600 has a 1588cc 4 cylinder engine of around 72bhp, and a 4 speed centre change gearbox, this later 1600 model also has Lockheed disc front brakes (a large improvement over the earlier 1500cc model).The MGA MK1 1600 is an excellent model, the Coupe is rare, original RHD examples are extra special, in my opinion very collectable
