This amazingly original 1949 MGTC requires a full restoration. The last owner bought this car in 1962 from Stack Motors in Sydney for 325 Pounds (the receipt is included!), and used it every day until 1972 when he purchased a Mini Cooper S. The MG has been on blocks in his shed for the last 36 years! This car still has all its original features including, Lucas spot lamp and exterior mirror, Bluemells steering wheel, 19inch wheels, SU aircleaner and Jaeger instruments. This is a genuine numbers matching car.Although this car requires restoring it is complete, amazingly straight, original and unmolested, a rare find! Most MG TC parts are now reproduced and readily available, this would be a most rewarding restoration project.
