This 1971 Mercedes Benz W108 280S Sedan is in very good order, the paintwork has been professionally redone and is beautiful, the interior is in excellent original condition (the front carpet is a little scruffy and requires replacement to be perfect), mechanically this car is excellent, the engine was rebuilt a few years, the carburetors have been professionally restored recently with a new fuel pump, all shock absorbers replaced, troublesome rear compensator modified with a genuine Mercedes spring, steering dampner and pitman arms have all been done, the tyres are excellent, has been recently serviced and is ready to go, it runs and drives beautifully. Fitted with a factory electric sunroof, Bluetooth/USB/Digital radio and head up speedo display. The Mercedes Benz W108 series is becoming very collectable, this 280 S is an excellent example.
