This rare 1936 Morris 8/40 Series 1 Roadster has had a quality restoration in the 90's, the paint, trim, chrome, hood, side curtains, wheels and tyres are all in very good order, the engine compartment is neat and tidy, it runs and drives extremely well. This car has recently come out of hibernation from long term storage, it has been serviced, the 4 tyres have been replaced and the hydraulic brakes have been rebuilt. This 1936 Morris 8/40 has it's original Ruskin 2 seat Roadster body,wire spoke wheels and spare tyre cover. The Morris 8/40 has a 918cc side valve 4 cylinder engine with a 3 bearing crankshaft, and a 3 speed centre change gearbox with syncro on second and top gears, it has a sprightly performance for a car of it's type.A lovely car with lots of character, now ready for a new home.
