A genuine “barn find” found in a shed in Melton ,Victoria in 2008, this 1950 MGTD Roadster had been in storage for over 32 years! Recently recommissioned with rebuilt cylinder head, water pump, brakes etc, it runs and drives very well, heaps of receipts going back to 1974. The paintwork is probably around 50 yrs old and is rough as is the trim , the hood, toneau cover, side curtains are older but in good condition, the chrome is original and has patina, under the bonnet is neat and tidy. The engine (although an XPAG MG engine) is not the original one from this car. Use as is or easily restore, only rarely do original unrestored MGTD’s like this come on the market.
