This excellent 1926 Ford Model T Tourer is fitted with it's original Duncan and Fraser body built in Adelaide, it has been fully restored a few years ago to original specification. The paintwork is in good older condition, the trim is similar, the hood and side curtains are like new, under the bonnet is neat and tidy as per original, the wheels and tyres are excellent. Recently the engine has been reconditioned and the transmission bands have been replaced, this car is fitted with a higher compression cylinder head, it runs and drives very well. The Model T has a 22hp side valve 4 cylinder engine and a 2 speed epicyclic transmission, although different it is fun and easy to drive. The Model T was produced from 1909-1927, over 15 million were made! Spare parts are not a problem.
The Ford Model T is an icon, this 1926 model is in excellent condition.
