This 1950 Austin A40 Devon Sedan is in excellent condition, it has been well restored to original specification a few years ago. The paintwork (although older), trim, engine compartment and chrome are in very good order, it runs and drives well. The Austin A40 was one of the first new models designed after the second world war, it has a 4 cylinder 1,200cc engine with around 40bhp and a centre change 4 speed transmission, independent coil sprung front suspension and hydraulic front brakes, with a top speed of around 70mph.Although this car was restored some time ago, it still presents well, a great way to enjoy trouble free classic motoring at an affordable price, excellent value.
