A genuine "barn find", that has not been driven since 1986. This car requires restoration, but is a good straight solid example. The engine was rebuilt in 1985 (receipt supplied), has covered only 1,000 miles since! I have driven this car around the block, it runs and drives well but is a bit of a challenge as the brakes require a rebuild, obviously needs painting, tyres, brakes and chrome , the interior is original and in good order, original books, history going back to the 70's and factory shop manual included. The Austin A40 Somerset has a 1200cc 4 cylinder OHV engine, and 4 speed column shift gearbox.
