This great numbers matching 1954 Austin Healey 100/4 BN1 Roadster is an original unrestored car that shows a wonderful patina. The paintwork (although older) presents well,the leather trim, hood, side curtains, tonneau cover , engine compartment are all good. This car is also fitted with 60 spoke chrome wire wheels, Motolita steering wheel and a rare and desirable hard top. The Austin Healey 100/4 has a large 2.6 litre 4 cylinder engine, this example has been tastefully modified and is fitted with the BN2 later model 4 speed gearbox with overdrive on 3rd and top gear (a large improvement on the earlier reverse patern 3 speed BN1 model). It has a wonderful exhaust note and drives beautifully. The 100/4 was the first production "Big Healey" and my favourite.The 100/4 was the only model Austin Healey with the fold flat windscreen and in my opinion asthetically the best. The 100/4 Austin Healey has become most collectable, this car has the added bonus of a hard top as well as the soft top.
