This incredible 1956 Australian delivered Austin Healey 100/4 BN2 is a genuine "Barn Find" and has covered only 59,300 miles from new! It has had 3 owners, the last since 1976 who drove it less than 2,000 miles! Amazingly original and unmolested, the original leather trim, hood, side curtains and tonneau cover survive in surprisingly good order,the rare original tools and jack are with the car, the tyres are Dunlop Roadspeed 590x15 and have been on the car for over 40 yrs! The paintwork is still quite presentable, hard to tell but it is probably the original paint. The body panels align and fit like new, there is no evidence of ever having any body repairs, it is as per original and is not rusty! It is a "numbers matching" car and is supplied with a Heritage Certificate, even has it's original keys! The rare BN2 is the ultimate development of the Austin Healey 100/4 with a 4 speed gearbox with overdrive and uprated rear axle, it is highly sought after by enthusiasts. With lightness and a balance advantage over the 6 cylinder Healey's, the BN2 is often the purists choice. The 100/4 is my favourite, it has a large 2660cc 4 cylinder engine with a huge amount of torque and a lovely exhaust note. The 100/4 was the only model "Big Healey" with a fold flat windscreen, and in my opinion aesthetically the best> This wonderful original unmolested car is a once in a lifetime opportunity, it shows a wonderful patina, please leave it as it is and enjoy it, but don't restore it!
