This 1952 Citroen Light 15 "Traction Avant" Sedan is in excellent restored condition, the paintwork, trim, engine compartment etc. are all great, it runs and drives beautifully. The Citroen "Traction Avant"( or front wheel drive in English) was produced from 1934 to 1955, it's unique monocoque design and front wheel drive technology was revolutionary. This 1952 Light 15 has a 1911cc OHV 4 cylinder engine and a 3 speed gearbox (the gearchange leaver protrudes from the centre of the dash). The Traction Avant used a longditudinal front wheel drive layout set well within the wheelbase resulting in very favourable weight distribution and aiding in the cars advanced handling characteristics and beautiful ride. This is an excellent example of the iconic "Traction Avant" model.
