This excellent 1926 Dodge 116 Tourer was restored very correctly and to a high standard in the 90's. The paint, leather trim , hod and side curtains, chrome, wheels, tyres are all in great condition, it runs and drives beautifully. This car was sold new by the Waymouth Motor Company in Adelaide, the body was built by T J Richards in Adelaide. Fitted with optional Boyce Motometer, running board kick plates, hood support brackets and bumper bars. The 1926 Dodge has a 4 cylinder "L" head side valve engine of 26hp and a 3 speed centre change gearbox.This lovely original car now shows a beautiful patina, the Dodge 4 was known as strong and reliable car, a great rally car.
