The speedometer is showing 69,500 miles, this is probably original. The E493A Ford Prefect has a side valve 1172cc 4 cylinder engine and a 3 speed centre change manual gearbox. On test the Motor Magazine recorded a top speed of 73 mph and a 0-60 mph blistering time of 27.2 seconds and 36 miles per gallon!This is a great little car in excellent restored condition and ready to enjoy.
