Gray 21HP Tourer 1924

Gray 21HP Tourer 1924

$0.00
This very rare 1924 Gray 21hp Tourer requires restoration, it is a solid old car, it can be tidied up and used as a "barn find" or fully restored. Although it looks OK from a distance the paint has been done by hand and is poor, the trim is shot!, as are the tyres etc, etc, I am told it runs well. The Gray was produced by the Gray Motor Corporation, Detroit, Michigan from 1922-1926, as a competitor to the Ford Model T. The Gray has a 2.7 litre side valve 4 cylinder engine and a conventional 3 speed transmission with 1/4 elliptic front and rear suspensionOnly a handful of Gray cars survive in Australia, a very rewarding project for the home handyman.
