This wonderful 1925 Morris Cowley Bullnose Roadster has a known history, It was purchased new by Mrs Tabor of Mansfield, Victoria in 1925 for 195 Pounds and kept by her family until the early 1970's, it was comprehensively restored by its next owner over several years and completed in 1981, has had only 4 owners from new! The Morris Cowley has a 1548cc 4 cylinder side valve engine and a 3 speed transmission, it has 26.9 bhp and quite a lively performance. This example still has all its original features including, Lucas "Prince of Darkness" lights, bulb horn, Smiths instruments, Motometer, wind deflectors and 19 inch Sankey wheels. The paintwork, trim, hood and engine compartment are all well presented, it drives like a new one!This example was restored almost 30 years ago, it has been lovingly cared for and now shows a wonderful patina. The Morris Cowley was known as a good reliable car, it also has a strong performance, an excellent rally car.
