This charming 1946 Sunbeam Talbot 2 Litre Sports Saloon is in excellent restored condition. The paintwork, leather/cloth trim, chrome, wheels and tyres and engine compartment are great, it runs and drives very well, recent receipts for rebuilding the engine, clutch, brakes, rebuilt springs, water pump, and carburettor accompany the car with it's original instruction manual. Fitted with a factory steel sliding sun roof, large Lucas "Prince of Darkness" headlights, twin chrome horns and charming Smiths instruments. The Sunbeam Talbot 2 Litre has a 1944cc side valve 4 cylinder engine with around 56bhp and a 4 speed centre change gearbox with syncro on the top 3 gears.,The Sunbeam Talbot 2 Litre was known as a genuine sports saloon of it's time, it has an excellent performance. This is one of around only 1150 produced (we believe around 30 survive). A rare and affordable classic.
