The bodywork is immaculate, it has been stripped back to bare metal and recently resprayed to a high standard, the interior, chrome, engine compartment and wheels and tyres are all in excellent condition, it runs and drives beautifully. The Sunbeam Rapier Fastback was produced from 1967-1976, it has a 1725cc 5 bearing OHC 4 cylinder engine with 88hp and a 4 speed centre change gearbox with overdrive on 3rd and top gear, with power assisted disc front brakes, great fun to drive. Fitted with period chrome wire style hubcaps (the original wheels and hubcaps are with the car) and a radio CD player. One of only a handful of this model delivered new in Australia, a rare and practical collector car.
