This charming 1927 Vauxhall 20/60 Type R Princeton Tourer is in excellent restored condition, it has had a ground up restoration in the 80's, and has been used only occasionally since, same owner since 1982. The paintwork, trim, hood, side curtains, wheels and tyres, nickel plating and engine compartment all present very well,it now shows a lovely patina, it runs and drives beautifully. The 20/60 was the first model Vauxhall built by General Motors, still a quality car with lots of the charm associated with the earlier models. The Type R 20/60 has a 2762cc 6 cylinder overhead valve engine and a centre change 4 speed gearbox, excellent on road performance. Fitted with its original factory Princeton body, Claudel Hobson carburettor, Stewart vaccum tank, luggage rack, Lucas "Prince of Darkness" lights, Griffin mascot etc. The original instruction manual accompanies the car>br> Genuine unmolested vintage Vauxhall's like this one rarely come on the market, a special opportunity.
