The Whippet was produced by the Willys Overland Co, Toloedo, Ohio. This 1929 model 96A Tourer has a body built by Holden Body Works in Adelaide. It has had a total body off restoration to original specification including all mechanical components, paint, trim, new hood and side curtains, chrome and new tyres, it also has an original instruction manual! It looks great and runs superbly.The Whippet 96A is a good dependable model and this is a great example. It is impossible to restore a vintage car to this standard for anything like this price.
