This rare and imposing 1936 Oldsmobile 8 L36 Sedan has had a comprehensive restoration around 30 yrs ago by it's last owner, it has covered only 1000 miles since! The paint, trim, chrome, engine compartment all present well, it runs very quietly and drives beautifully with a substantial performance. Only 171 Oldsmobile 8's with Holden built body's were sold in Australia (Holdens built almost all of the body's for General Motors at this time) as they were more expensive than the similar size 8 cylinder Buick, only a few survive. The 1936 Oldsmobile 8 has long 120inch wheelbase, a 240.3 ci 100hp side valve 8 cylinder engine, a 3 speed centre change gearbox and coil sprung front suspension. Now showing a suitable amount of patina this rare 1936 Oldsmobile 8 cylinder is ready for it's next owner to enjoy for another 30yrs.
